I first saw the excellent Midnight Train, featuring Debra Giles on a summer afternoon in the ‘garden’ of The Horns in Watford. For me, it was mostly unfamiliar songs, attributed to people I’d never heard of, but good listening, all the same.
What’s better than a sunny Sunday afternoon listening to some good music? Here, Debra Giles and her Midnight Train provide just that.
My second visit to The Stormy Monday Club at The Bull’s Head in Barnes was also the second time I had seen Midnight Train. Again, more jazzy than my usual fare, but good listening.
