The Greenacres Tavern in Bennett’s End.  Despite its proximity to home, I’d never been in here until April 2010.  Everybody’s enjoyment of the bands would be greatly enhanced if they could be persuaded to turn the telly off when the bands are on.  The multi-coloured backdrop also makes photos a bit messy.  On the plus side, there is ample parking nearby, and there is a kebab van on the forecourt.

In April 2010, The Informers came to The Greenacres Tavern,  for my first visit here.  They were competing for attention with some boxing on the telly.

In July, the visitors were Black Dog, whom I’d seen only once before in Blackwells.  Again, the telly stayed on. (10/7/2010)

Later in the year, it was Scandal’s turn to visit Greenacres, with a couple of guest performers. (16/10/2010)
